Doug has over 20 years of experience in Investment Banking including M&A / Business Brokerage and Commercial Real Estate Finance. Additionally, he has 15-years experience running operating companies in the plumbing, franchising, and real estate development spaces.

This combination of experience gives him the insight to understand businesses at the operational level and the experience to consult for and negotiate on behalf of his clients. Most importantly, he has a passion for helping people and a life-long student of what makes businesses successful and combines the two into successful transactions (over $500 million in closed deals).

He’s a graduate of the University of Wisconsin School of Business and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Colorado and Agent in Florida.
